What is pH?

The term pH stands for the hydrogen ion concentration of a solution pH is simply the electrochemical effect we get when negative ions (alkaline-forming) and positive ions (acid- forming) interact with each other. The body needs to maintain a constant pH which should always have a pH of between 7.35 and 7.45. Your pH says a lot about the state of your health.
